Returns & Exchanges

At Ayish Qasim, every piece is made with care and we want you to feel just as confident wearing it. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

Items Eligible for Return:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless there was an error on our part.

Items Not Eligible:

• Custom orders or altered pieces

• Sale items or discounted purchases

• Hijabs and innerwear, for hygiene reasons

How to Return:

1. Email us at returns@ayishqasim.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.

3. After we receive and inspect the item, a store credit or exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.
