Fabric texture and pattern placements may vary slightly based on availability but quality is always maintained.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is made in full.
We use secure payment gateways; your card details are never stored on our servers.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll contact you for an alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Delivery

We deliver nationwide using GIGM Logistics.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Ayish Qasim is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery provider but will support you in tracking your package.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns within 3 days of delivery only if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
There's a clear defect or mix-up with your order.

5. Custom Orders

Custom or tailored pieces are non-refundable.
We’ll confirm all measurements and design details before production.
Once production begins, adjustments or cancellations are not possible.

6. Content Ownership

All photos, videos, logos, and content on our website and platforms are owned by Ayish Qasim. Do not copy, reuse, or reproduce any part without our written consent.
